Job DescriptionGeneral Summary:The Associate Director, Sales Planning & Incentive Compensation serves as the Lead for Incentive Compensation, the Global Healthcare Entity Master (GHEM), CRM (Salesforce), Data Management and Quality, Ad Hoc and Recurrent Analytics, and Field Performance Measurement and Reporting.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Develops and maintains IC plan business rulesDevelops IC plan summary and communication materialsTrains field forces on IC plan elementsDevelops quarterly sub-national goalsRuns reports and calculates payoutsDevelops and administers sales contestsActs as an advisor and coach for and collaborates with the governance team(s)Maintains data governance standards, policies, and proceduresMonitors data quality scorecardsManages data services vendorsTrains internal teams on processes and procedures, including the CRM applicationCollaborates with Global Information Systems (GIS) team regarding implementation of fixes and enhancementsPartners with Sales and Marketing teams to manage and administer content update requestsManages HCP-to-Center affiliations and CF center master data attributesCreate reports and dashboardsManages the mobile analytics applicationManages the commercial data warehouse (CDW) - vendor communication, business rules and data sourcesManages data aggregation vendor – communication, business rules, and data sourcesManages patient transaction master data fileMonitors data supplier quality - accuracy, timeliness and completenessReviews data quality scorecards in collaboration with Trade team partnersCoordinates sourcing of commercial data - enforces "single version of truth"Partners with Forecasting & Analytics team to deliver weekly performance content to commercial leadership teamResponds to ad hoc data inquiries from internal stakeholdersManages mobile iPad sales performance applicationCoordinates delivery of reports to Sales and Marketing teamsResponds to field inquiries and investigationsTrains field forces on reports and business acumen regarding analyticsCreates HCP and CF Center segmentationDevelops territory call plansEnsures data accuracy and completenessKnowledge and Skills:Experience with data vendors, external customers, and field teamsSignificant experience with incentive compensation modelsExtensive knowledge of master data management (MDM) processesStrong familiarity with CRM, especially SalesforceSignificant experience with query tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel) against a database to analyze data quality and contentExtensive knowledge of data warehouse architecture, data modeling, and data integration techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project)Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills including ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree requiredTypically requires 6-8 years of direct experience with pharmaceutical data; sourcing, integration, analysis, and reportingFlex Designation:Hybrid-Eligible Or On-Site EligibleFlex Eligibility Status:In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:1.

Hybrid : work remotely up to two days per week;
