Senior Manager, Product Marketing

to drive engagement and retention among Acrobat users post-purchase. This role will also

lead the cross-Acrobat Help & Learn strategy , ensuring customers have access to best-in-class self-service resources across platforms.What You'll DoEngagement & Retention MarketingLead & maintain a master content calendar

to coordinate engagement marketing efforts.Provide cross-functional guidance

on messaging and content strategy, acting as a conduit between Core PMM and Campaign teams.Program manage asset delivery

for engagement initiatives, liaising with Design, Product Management, and Localization teams.Own the testing schedule , ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and keeping engagement experiments on track.Drive test reporting , leading readouts and ensuring high-quality insights inform future engagement strategies.Analyze user behavior data

to identify opportunities for content optimization and feature adoption.Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, product, and analytics teams

to refine post-purchase customer journeys.Help & Learn StrategyDefine the business strategy for Help & Learn

across Acrobat platforms and destinations.Act as the connection point

between HelpX, Learn, A.com, HelpNext, and Customer Support to improve in-app and out-of-app self-service experiences.Liaise with the Community team

to integrate Help & Learn opportunities and engage users more effectively.What You Bring7+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business.Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.A strategic mindset with a track record of driving engagement and retention through content.Data-driven approach, using insights to refine messaging, test campaigns, and optimize content strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Passion for improving customer experiences and driving long-term product adoption.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
