Design and prototype novel tools and services in diverse creative areas, including graphics, image processing, and emerging technologies.Lead design projects from concept research through to production.Communicate your ideas with wireframe, mock-ups, prototypes, requirements documents, annotated screenshots, or other methods that help both stakeholders & developers contribute, assess and build.Effectively collaborate with various teams and take their needs into account in the new designs.Actively participate in user research such as usability studies, and ethnographic interviews.Requirements

Portfolio of work including designs from concept to completion, and demonstrating a path from goals to final product.Mandatory Skills:Demonstrated ability to design, prototype, and evaluate user interfaces.Experience designing for mobile (iOS and/or Android), Web and Desktop applications - bonus of experience with tiny weeny little screens.Must love the challenge of quickly distilling complex problems into clean, simple design solutions.Ability to convince strong-minded teams through design leadership.BS/BA or higher degree in Human Factors or HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Design, or equivalent course / experience.Start Date
