*Key Responsibilities*
*Clinical Excellence:*
* Provide high-quality orthodontic care using advanced treatment options and state-of-the-art digital technology.
* The required knowledge to do the digital workflow that is required to support the patient's needs
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
*Leadership & Team Development:*
* Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence.
* Play an active role in maintaining and enhancing the established patient relationships during the transition phase.
*Practice Growth & Relationship Management:*
* Drive patient acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring the nurturing of long-standing patient connections.
* Engage in relationship-building with patients, dental professionals, and referral sources.
* Participate in the strategic direction and leadership of the practice, helping to shape its future trajectory.
*Qualifications*
*Educational & Professional Credentials:*
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
* Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
* Active California dental license with orthodontic certification.
*Experience & Expertise:*
* Experience preferred with a background that includes team leadership or management aptitude.
* Some level of proven expertise with Invisalign treatments is required with a strong desire for advanced learning
* Demonstrated ability to grow and sustain a diverse patient base.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per day
