Clinical Coordinator Needed for Medical Surgical/PCU Unit at a 25-Bed Hospital in Claremont, NH.

The hospital has served the people of Claremont and surrounding towns for over 100 years. As a general medical and surgical 24/7-staffed emergency department hospital, it is the only such facility in Sullivan County.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in inpatient care settings to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This role will coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the unit in the care of patients utilizing best practice and ensuring adherence to regulations and policies.

Responsibilities include functioning as a clinical/staff RN, overseeing LPN, RN, and LNA practice, coordinating employee breaks, creating nursing assignments, and monitoring charting for timely and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will also be able to communicate effectively with nursing team members and management within the hospital to coordinate daily activities.
