Job Description
Care for residents as part of the care team, assessing and implementing individualized care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met, addressing concerns and issues in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, superiors, and departmental leadership regarding patient care, safety, and business continuity.
Safeguard patients by maintaining a safe, effective, and efficient care environment.
Promote staff development through education, training, and collaboration with clinical educators and informatics nurses.
Maintain vigilance and intervene promptly when observing changes in patient status or deviation from medical orders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
- NH Registered Nurse Licensure is mandatory.
- Previous experience in charge nurse or supervisory roles is advantageous.
- Relevant nursing certifications are encouraged, especially after employment.
- BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is desirable.
