Proprietors operates a fast paced, focused kitchen that draws inspiration from various styles of cuisine.
We are seeking a Sous Chef for our upcoming season beginning in mid-April. The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing a small team of cooks to achieve the quality set forth by the Chef.
The Sous Chef is expected to work closely with the Chef and all cooks and assist in the daily preparation and execution of all food production.
We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, a good communicator, and is able to lead with a positive attitude.
Duties include but are not limited to, menu development, scheduling, butchery, cleaning and organization, ordering and inventory.
Salary based on experience. End of season bonus is available.
