Piper Health Sciences is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a leading biotech organization located in Manchester, NH . The Maintenance Technician will provide general maintenance inside the building facilities.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:

• Provide general building maintenance including painting, patching, hanging shelves, connecting gas lines, and plumbing issues
• Complete safety checks
• Respond to work tickets for general building maintenance

Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician include:

• 2-4 years of maintenance experience
• High School Diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree

Compensation for the Maintenance Technician includes:

• Rate Range: $25 - $32 Per Hour **depending on experience**
• Comprehensive Benefits Package : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Sick Leave as required by law
