What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision: Direct the clinical framework for a brand-new center, providing world-class ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), while guiding a passionate team of BCBAs and RBTs, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $87,000 - $92,000 (based on experience) + bonuses

• Monthly Bonus: Earn up to $2,000 per month, totaling up to $24,000 annually in bonuses.
