Pay Rate: $1614.41 - $1768.98
PT needed asap for 13 weeks
8:00am- 4:30 pm standard hours ; if renewing ; 1 Saturday coverage monthly if able as part of contract
Facility Setting? Freestanding 40 –bed IRF
IN lic required
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Float at needed to St. Mary ARU-Hobart (290J)
Number of beds in your facility? 40
Preferred experience level? Acute rehab experience preferred; but strong applicants considered
EMR for your facility: EPIC
Scrub colors / dress code: Caribbean Blue
Parking Location: Employee Parking lot rear of building
