You’ll be exercising a high degree of independent judgement, providing leadership and setting strategic direction for LOS solution, the definition, development, and launching of features and functionality on the LOS product and exercising authority to make decisions about the deliverables to achieve benefits realization. You’ll drive innovation across areas of responsibility, applying expert interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.How you'll succeedStrategy and Planning –
Contribute to long-term strategy for the business in collaboration with the Senior Director and other business leaders. Perform in-depth analysis for the purpose of identifying opportunities, developing strategic proposals and competitive strategies, and targets the product offering with the objective of increasing business revenue, competitiveness, growing market share and reducing operational costs.Product Development -
Lead and provide direction to product team members. Oversee development options and proposals related to development or enhancements of specific products or services, assessing the impact, effectiveness and feasibility of proposed changes, and making authoritative recommendations.Continuous Improvement -
Identify ways to improve processes so that they are lean and efficient while meeting business delivery requirements. Identify opportunities to lower/avoid costs and manage your team's financials, including leading the budgeting/forecasting process.People Management -

This role has an expected salary range of $195K - $225K based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.
