Design effective launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before deployment. Orchestrate launch strategy and readiness to ensure gTech teams are ready to support launches and migrations.Bring product insights to gTech product forums and provide responsive support to gTech questions and escalations.Understand customer and gTech pain points, needs, and priorities and leverage product expertise to advocate for product improvements with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Business. Projects manage and coordinate the delivery of identified solutions that span across different products.Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
