You will be part of a small ambitious team building our linchpin product: Community Platform.

The community platform is how founders find collaborators across cohorts, stay on track, get unblocked, and discover perks and interesting discussions.You will:Lead full-stack development of existing products and featuresDesign and launch new product experimentsEnhance and maintain our tech infrastructureOptimize team processes and workflowsCollaborate closely with our team and community membersThis role is a good fit if you:You’re excited to be working intensely in person in SF.Have experience as a founder or early-stage startup employeeWant to grow quickly and take on real responsibility from day oneHave a track record of making things happen fast.Thrive on autonomy in both problem selection and solution designLove talking to users and analyzing data to drive decisionsHave a good product and design senseHave strong knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies and best practicesHave hands-on experience with emerging AI/ML developmentsBackend - TypeScript, Express.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Elastic SearchFrontend - TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQLAll roles at our company are contract-to-hire for 90 days.
