$225,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yrFigure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our humanoid robot, Figure 02, is designed for commercial tasks and the home. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for all capital raising activity and maintaining key partnerships for Figure. This includes pre-marketing, primary capital raises, annual secondary capital raises, investor materials and demonstrations, and building/maintaining investor relationships.Responsibilities:Responsible for all capital raising strategy and executionIncludes pre-marketing activity, primary capital raise, and annual secondary capital raisesIncludes all investor materials and dataroomsIncludes all capital raising contracts (side letters, equity raise documents, LOIs, etc.) with legal function supportIncludes constantly generating new investor relationships and maintaining current relationshipsIncludes presenting financial information (quarterly statements, financial model, commercial model, etc.) and technical engineering information (build of materials, supply chain, AI policies, etc.)Responsible for key partnership relationshipsThis includes investors who have scope of relationship outside just investing such as suppliers and other vendorsRequirements:Minimum of 7-10 years of capital raising experienceAt least some of this experience should be with earlier stage companies (pre- or minimal revenue companies)Experience presenting highly technical information (engineering, AI policies, etc.)Experience presenting financial models and other financial materialsExperience relationship building and maintainingBonus Qualifications:Engineering background, either hardware or softwareExperience in deeptech hardwareThe US base salary range for this full-time position is between $225,000 - $350,000 annually.The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
