Education/Experience:A Principal Consultant must have a bachelor's degree in an appropriate technical, business, or management discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.Minimum of 7 years Management Consulting experience with a leading firm with experience in infrastructure program delivery.Works with minimal direction toward predetermined long-range goals.Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired results.Takes calculated risks.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Self-motivated around IT Infrastructure outcomes.Excellent executive level presence.Ability to work with cross-functional teams with diverse points of view.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Background in IT Infrastructure programs is preferred.Background in Cloud (private/public/hybrid) and application migration is a plus.Financial acumen to support large, complex programs and the outcomes projected.What makes this team different?You're not working behind the scenes.
