We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Manager of Business Consulting to lead initiatives within the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) vertical. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide industry-specific strategies, and ensure our solutions align with customer needs. As a key influencer, you will champion priorities at the senior leadership level, driving alignment and fostering high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities
Industry Leadership & Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive TMT industry strategy aligned with executive leadership priorities.Provide thought leadership on trends, challenges, and opportunities in the TMT sector.Establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders, customers, and partners to stay at the forefront of market needs.
Product Roadmap & Solution Alignment:
Collaborate with product management to align product roadmaps with TMT industry needs.Advocate for TMT-specific product features and capabilities, focusing on solutions like Agentforce, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Use Case Scale & Implementation Guidance:
Leverage existing implementation blueprints to ensure TMT solutions are innovative and executable for partners and customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Alignment:
Act as a liaison between the TMT vertical and cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and services.Drive alignment across teams to ensure effective execution of industry-specific initiatives.
ROI & Metrics Focus:
Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of TMT solutions.Use feedback and past initiatives to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Scale Sales Support:
Provide strategic sales support by creating industry-specific content, including Business Value Sessions (BVS) and presentations.Refine go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales leadership, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
Thought Leadership & Market Positioning:
Partner with marketing to create thought leadership materials and campaigns that position Salesforce as a leader in the TMT sector.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven expertise in the TMT industry.Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience developing and executing industry strategies.Track record of aligning product solutions with market opportunities.Program management experience.
