The Product Analyst at MoEngage is a part of the Product Team and works closely with the Product & Customer facing teams to deep dive into product related problems and present data driven insights for improving product performance, usage and aid in strategic decision making.Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the ETL process and ensure accurate data is readily availableCollaborate with Product & Engineering teams to define and track product usage and product performance metricsBuild, Automate, Evolve & Maintain the BI suite to cater to teams across the organizationKeep the data pipelines efficient and evolving along with the ProductWork closely with Product Managers and Directors to present data-backed actionable insights that would aid in tactical as well as strategic product decision makingConduct exploratory & deep dive analysis to identify gaps in product experience and recommend product improvementsAwareness on Information Security concepts and Best PracticesMust Have:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy2 to 4 years of Proven working experience as a Data analyst, Business analyst or Data EngineerStrong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python is a mustMust have hands on experience in Tableau, Superset, PowerBI (or similar BI tools)Good to have:
