Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Pay: $35.00 – $50.00/hour (Based on experience & credentials)
Responsibilities:
Triage & Patient Preparation – Assess and prioritize patients based on approved protocols, ensuring smooth appointment flow and efficient care delivery.
Patient Education & Follow-Up – Provide clear instructions on self-management, communicate test results, and follow up to ensure adherence to care plans.
Clinical Documentation – Accurately document all patient interactions, treatments, and procedures in the electronic health record (EHR) in a timely manner.
Medication & Test Management – Process prescription refills and order diagnostic tests per standing orders while adhering to practice policies.
Care Team Collaboration – Support the clinical team by acting as a resource, precepting new staff, and maintaining open communication with regional management.
? Regulatory Compliance – Stay up to date with OSHA, CLIA, and coding regulations while adhering to infection control and patient safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
?? Active Connecticut State RN License
?? Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
?? Over 1 year of experience
Additional Information:
Work Locations: Newtown, Ridgefield, Danbury, Bethel, Torrington, CT
Travel Requirements: 25% travel required, with potential for same-day travel to multiple locations based on operational needs.
