Your New Role
As a Hospitalist with our team, youll:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts.
- Be part of a collegial and supportive group of hospitalists, working together to provide excellent care.
- Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility.
- Manage a 7 on, 7 off schedule (183 annual shifts) with a 7am-7pm shift schedule.
- Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice.

- Salary Guarantee: $295,000 - $315,000 DOE
- Bonus and incentive opportunities to reward your dedication and contributions.
- Signing incentives up to $40,000 and relocation assistance up to $20,000 to make your transition smooth.

Responsibilities- Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
- Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.

Qualifications- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
Pay Range$141.82 - $151.44 /hour
