Interim Licensed Social Worker - Skilled Nursing Facility We’re seeking a hands-on Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to commit to a 6-week contract in Voorhees, New Jersey. This interim LSW is responsible for overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure that each resident receives the highest quality of care. When you join the LeaderStat team as an interim social worker, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding and provide support throughout your entire assignment. Job Qualifications Current, unrestricted LSW license in New Jersey Two years of experience working in a clinical setting and serving geriatric patients Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred Proven ability to create psychosocial assessments, including developing and implementing viable care plans Previous experience writing assessments/reports to monitor client progress Exceptional ability to empathize with residents Up-to-date compliance Tuberculosis (TB) test (two-step is preferred) Physical exam within the last 12 months
