    Job Details
  • Responsible for the active management of SEARHC patients.
  • Collaborates with the medical provider and interdisciplinary team members to establish individualized medical goals.
  • Uses problem-solving, critical thinking, and anticipatory skills in meeting patient needs.
  • Works closely with providers to facilitate and coordinate patient referrals.
  • Serves as the primary clinical contact regarding patient care and care coordination.
  • Performs staff nursing duties including assessment, documentation, education, and administering medications.
  • Maintains annual competencies including safety and infection control requirements.
  • Works collaboratively with team members and participates in department improvement efforts.
    Job Requirements
  • MUST HAVE ACTIVE ALASKA LICENSE
  • MUST HAVE FLU VACCINATION
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelors degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of general nursing experience
  • A valid, current, full, and unrestricted RN license in the State of Alaska
  • Basic Life Support certification
