    Job Details
  • General Job duties.
  • Types of procedures required.
  • Must be competent to proficient in: Abdomen (Aorta, IVC, Liver/Biliary, Pancreas, Spleen, and Renal. Both normal and Pathology).
  • GYN (breast, ovaries, Adnexa, Uterus, Pelvis. Pathology and normal, post-menopausal, transvaginal, adult and pediatric).
  • OB (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester, amniocentesis, complications, biophysical profile, gestational age, placental grading, abnormalities, IGUR, Uterus/Adnexa).
  • Procedures to include aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and intraoperative.
  • Neonatal (congenital anomalies and neonatal head).
  • Superficial structures (Abdominal wall, breast, focal masses, hematoma, scrotum & testes, thyroid).
  • Vascular (Carotid duplex, segmental pressure studies, upper and lower extremity venous and arterial duplex).
  • Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Canon i700; Meditech EMR, Fuji Synapse PACS.
    Job Requirements
  • Min 3 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: ARDMS (AB)(OB)(RVT).
  • Active BLS - must be AHA Certified.
    Schedule Information
  • 40-hour shift work and call when appropriate.
  • Floating to other units/departments.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Dress Code: Personal scrubs, healthcare professional attire.
