  • Northeast Travel ICU/CCU RN
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Days, 6a-6p
    Job Requirements
  • 2+ years experience required
  • Local placements NOT allowed
  • Floating may be required
    Unit Specific Information
  • All nurses at this organization are required to go in float rotation and take patients on med/surg floor when volume in ICU does not require all ICU staff
  • Central telemetry station is in ICU
  • There is opportunity to crosstrain to telemetry if willing
  • Agency and permanent staff go in same float rotation
  • 24/7 Respiratory therapy in house assists with bipap and ventilator management
    Additional Details
  • 48GH to be considered if desired
  • Primarily adult and geriatric patients
  • Patient Ratio: 1:2-3 (acuity based)
  • ART lines, Ventilator management, CVL’s, CVP monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring and strong knowledge if IV medications required
  • Swan Ganz, balloon and impella pump experience preferred
