  • TN Pharmacist license

    Schedule Information
  • General orientation will begin on Mondays.
  • Monday will be online CBLs.
  • Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule if there is a decrease in census.
  • Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease.
    Additional Details
  • Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital’s service area.
  • I can start the traveler any Monday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.
