  • Patient Population - Primarily Adults.
  • 36 or 48 hour guarantee can be accommodated - please notate upon submission if candidate wants 48 GTD.

  • Onboarding Requirements:
  • 1. MUST have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion required) - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • 2. All BG checks (counties and states) must be fully cleared prior to start - NO INSTANT OR STATEWIDE SEARCHES ACCEPTED
  • 3. Mandatory reporter cert required (Child and Adult)
  • 4. Drug Test MUST be 10 panel screening including opiates.
  • 5. Titers must be within last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)
  • 5. Will allow Monday or Tuesday starts.
