This Hospital specializes in a broad range of patient care such as pain management, behavioral health, physical therapy and diagnostic imaging. The Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist will be reporting to an experienced Pharmacy Director and work alongside other experienced Pharmacists at the inpatient facility. The Inpatient Pharmacist will be at the center of a dynamic cohort of Pharmacists to address patient needs and provide continuous quality care. The Pharmacist will work alongside a team of accomplished MD’s, tenured Nurse Practitioners and supportive Pharmacist’s. The Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist will support inpatient, ambulatory, cancer and orthopedic patients.
