We are seeking dedicated and skilled X-Ray Technologists (Rad Techs) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality images, and providing exceptional patient care. Specialties may include general radiography, fluoroscopy, operating room imaging, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

• Position patients correctly and ensure their safety and comfort during imaging procedures.

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and image quality.

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare team members to deliver accurate and timely results.

• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to radiation safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent.

• State licensure as required (e.g., Texas Medical Board licensure for Radiologic Technologists).

• Experience in a clinical setting preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
