Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cath Lab Technologist (Cath Lab Tech) to assist in cardiac catheterization procedures. The Cath Lab Tech will work closely with cardiologists and the healthcare team to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and the accurate operation of specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist cardiologists in performing cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and other interventional procedures.
•Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
•Monitor and record patient vitals during procedures, alerting the team to any changes.
•Operate imaging equipment to capture real-time images of the heart and blood vessels.
•Assist in the placement of catheters, guide wires, and other medical devices.
•Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
•Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
•Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
Qualifications:
•Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred.
•Experience in a Cath Lab or interventional radiology setting.
•Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and catheterization techniques.
•Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent attention to detail and patient care skills.
