Travel Ultrasound TechStart Date: 3/10Duration: 13wksSHIFT: Eves (2:30p-12a M-TR, 1-2 days of call/wk)REQUIREMENTS:- ARDMS- RVT- BLS- AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN SPECIALTY PREFERRED**TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED**MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS- TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY

Required Qualifications
Sonographer, Vascular
Experience: 1 year
Certifications: RVT-VT-American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Sonographer, Diagnostic
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
