Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities within our warehouse management systems, focused on ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of shipments, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations. Role and Responsibilities:
- Utilize Warehouse Systems (WMS) and (RF) scanning for efficient operations.
- Execute order fulfillment activities, including picking and packing, with a focus on maintaining high standards of accuracy and Fulfilling orders on time
- Accurately identify products during unloading and perform QC inspections.
- Manually unload containers, carefully inspecting and sorting products, and organize them onto pallets in the correct order and configuration
- Accurately load trucks using forklifts and/or pallet jacks, following safety protocols to ensure proper placement and secure transportation of goods.
- Secure pallets with shrink wrap to maintain product integrity during transit.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Lift and handle heavy items frequently , including bicycles and other large products (up to 90 pounds).
- Demonstrate work hour flexibility by staying late or working Saturdays to meet operational demands and ensure task completion
- Consistently adhere to assigned work schedules, ensuring punctuality and reliable attendance to support team efficiency and operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership to support team goals.
Requirements:
- Requires the ability to perform occasional heavy lifting, including items up to 70 pounds
- Occasional team lifting required for items exceeding 75 pounds
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse environment
- Prior experience operating warehouse machinery is a plus t
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on results and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
