- Compensation Range: $20 - $24 / hour
Responsibilities - Data entry for parts orders, including post, pick, & invoice.
- Contacts customers awaiting responses to problems (follow-up).
- Places orders, receives orders, & distribute accordingly.
- Expedite backorders with vendors.
- Advises service department on outstanding back orders.
- Contact customers/technicians awaiting responses to issues.
- Daily and monthly reporting.
- Additional duties as assigned from time to time
