Manage I coordinate spare parts, inventory and purchasing for customers
maintenance contract - location and materials as specified in contract
Qualif
ications
& abilities
Middle technical or logistical education
Experience with material planning and inventory management.
Ability to work with computerized maintenance management system. Ability to read technical drawing I locate parts in system.
Ability to make material planning.
Good communicator with the spare parts department Excellent verbal and oral skills in English language Excellent verbal and oral skills in local language
Can do and manage:
•Administration of used spares
•Timely replenishment of spares
•Stock level management
•Order processing
•Supplier management and communication
•Quality control of inbound spares
Responsibilities
Service contract scope spare parts availability, subcontractor contact and supplier contact
List of key activities
Spare parts supply management
Monitor stock levels
Inventory control and management
Purchasing and ordering spare parts and maintenance related services
Make sure required materials are on site when needed. Quality control of received parts
Review stock levels proactively
Tools and office supplies management
Overall issues with inventory, like authorization and security

This is a full-time, exempt position, eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. The salary range listed represents the maximum and minimum starting base pay for this position as of the time of posting. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.
