Description
Our growing firm is seeking an experienced trusts and estates attorney to join our team. You would be handling a mix of estate planning, trust administration, and probate cases. You would be working as part of a team and would be able to delegate to more junior attorneys, as well as paralegals. The ideal candidate would enjoy mentoring more junior team members and be able to juggle a large and varied caseload.
Responsibilities
•Drafting estate planning documents
•Handling probate and trust administration cases
•Managing client relationships
•Assisting with business development initiatives
•Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques
•Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws
Qualifications
•At least five years of estate planning and trust administration
•Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
•Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
•Bachelor's degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)
