Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, triage, and test defective wireless electronics.
- Disassemble and repair faulty components using hand tools.
- Mentor, coach, and train repair technicians on procedures.
- Act as a team lead, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.
- Monitor production and adjust the workforce to meet daily requirements.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Here's what you'll bring to the team:
- 1+ year of Electronic Repair Experience (preferred).
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite/Warehouse Management.

Shift 1 - Monday - Thursday (4:30 am - 3:00 pm) | $20.00 per hour
Shift 2 - Monday - Thursday (3:30 pm - 2:00 am) | $21.00 per hour
Shift 3 - Friday - Sunday (5:30 am - 6:00 pm) | $22.20 per hour
