• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee, and teas following precise recipes and presentation standards in addition to serving cakes and pastries.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Provide warm, professional, and engaging customer service, guiding guests through coffee selections and menu pairings.
• Ensure consistency in flavor, temperature, and quality control of all beverages served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, dairy, and non-dairy alternatives, assisting in restocking as needed.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and prepping the barista station for the next shift.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide seamless service during busy hours.

• Previous experience as a barista making specialty coffees in bar or restaurant .
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming techniques, and latte art.
• Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about new brewing methods and specialty coffees.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive and guest-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• A food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
