PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Organize and process a variety of company and owner documents for numerous construction projects. Provide administrative support for multiple project managers, project executives, and project engineers on construction projects.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

  1. Organizing and processing a variety of company and owner documents for numerous construction projects, working on multiple tasks and shifting priorities simultaneously and managing deadlines.
  2. Prepares and manages owner contract documents.
  3. Prepares subcontractor/supplier documents as needed (change orders, releases, joint check agreements, correspondence, etc.)
  4. Collect and review certified payroll from subcontractors.
  5. Varied responsibilities encompassing projects from beginning to end.
  6. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's/groups direction.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education and experience requirements include: four year college degree or 5 years of related office management experience, and a valid driver's license. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with exposure to other types of computer software. Prior work in a construction environment preferred.
