CareCentrix is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and personable DevOps Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and building our On-Prem and next-generation cloud CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure. You will also take on exciting and challenging projects to enhance our On-Prem and cloud infrastructure, supporting Infrastructure as Code (IaC). In this role, you will be tasked with establishing Kubernetes infrastructure from the ground up, which entails designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters.Your proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, will be crucial for automating deployments and effectively managing infrastructure.A deep passion for automating processes and enhancing operational efficiency will be critical to excelling in this role.A practical technical expert adept at resolving all technical issues across lower and upper environments while providing recommendations for performance and capacity enhancementsDevelop and integrate tools and automation for building, configuration management, continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and monitoring of applicationsCollaborate effectively with development teams to enhance application deployment and performance on Kubernetes.Consistently monitor and evaluate Kubernetes infrastructure metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and maximize resource efficiency.Proactively identify and address technical and performance issues to guarantee the smooth operation of our applicationsEnsure robust security and compliance by implementing and maintaining rigorous security measures across environments to protect data and systems.Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for Kubernetes infrastructure and related processes.Research emerging tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm) to optimize DevOps workflows.Qualifications:

You should apply if you have:

8+ years of DevOps/software engineering experience.Expert-level Kubernetes: Proven experience designing and managing on-prem Kubernetes clusters.Automation mastery: Advanced skills in Ansible, Jenkins, Python/bash scripting.Strong Linux administration and AWS cloud infrastructure expertise.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management (e.g., Ansible / Terraform), and SOA applications (REST/SOAP).Experience with Terraform, Helm, or cloud-native monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).Familiarity with GitOps practices or infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
