Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a job in Peoria, Illinois.

Essential Work Functions

• Completes nursing assessment of patients and documents appropriately into patient record.
• Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
• Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
• Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
• Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
• Shares on-call responsibilities with a response time if required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• One year experience as a RN, at least six months recent Home Health experience required
• Current RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Valid auto insurance
