Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team for a travel nursing assignment in Home Health.

Job Description

• Specialty: Home Health
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8 hours, nights
• Hours per week: 40 hours

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients and document accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and report outcomes to relevant parties.
• Administer medications as prescribed, with accurate documentation.
• Deliver medical care in the comfort of patients' homes.
• Requires daily driving to multiple patients' residences.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least six months of recent Home Health experience required.
• Current RN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Other certifications or licenses may be necessary for this position.
• Critical thinking, service excellence, and excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal instructions.
• PC skills are necessary.
• Physical Abilities: Remain stationary, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
