MUST HAVE -+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required+ Professional Engineer (PE) is required+ Minimum of 5 years design experience in site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and permitting with an emphasis on single family residential type construction+ Familiarity with federal, state, and local agency regulations+ Knowledge of engineering and surveying practices+ Experience managing a wide variety of site development projects, and working with clients+ Ability to manage and clearly communicate with staff and clients+ Experience in Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley Civil Storm V8i (preferred), SEDCAD, PondPack, and AuroTurn
