LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking Mental Health Therapists for our New Albany and Jeffersonville, Indiana office*. A Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling is required, LCSW is preferred.* This position will provide individual therapy to adults and adolescent/child clients with mental health and/or addiction issues, working with an interdisciplinary team to advance their recovery. Duties will also include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation of services in an electronic medical record. \*New grads start at $45,000 and it goes up with experience. LCSW/fully licensed clinicians start at $55,000 and it goes up with experience.

*Skills & Qualifications*
* Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
* LSW/CSW, LMHCa, LMFTa or eligible
* Preferred LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana
* Strong clinical skills
* Previous experience working with clients that have a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
