As a Registered Nurse (RN) 3-11 Supervisor, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care during the evening shift. *Responsibilities*
* Supervise nursing staff during the 3-11 shift, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
* Manage patient assessments, care plans, and documentation using EHR systems.
* Facilitate team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and staff performance.
* Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
* Mentor and train new nursing staff on best practices and organizational policies.

*Qualifications*
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
* Ability to effectively lead and manage nursing staff
* Experience in critical care, long-term care, or assisted living environments is a plus
