Evergreen Rehab & Health Center is looking to hire an experienced and proven Staff Development Nurse!

Evergreen Post Acute offers many different types of nursing care under one roof ranging from Short-term Rehabilitation services to Skilled Long-Term services. We are seeking a dedicated, team-oriented, outcome-oriented individual with excellent clinical knowledge and skills. This candidate will be able to thrive in a fast paced environment while being flexible to meet the educational needs of the facility. This candidate will be responsible for:

Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Conduct and arrange continuing education for staff members
Assist in facilitating orientation and on the job training for new hires
Develop and organize training manuals and other educational materials
Many other duties are assigned as related to educating the staff

Experience: Minimum of (2) years experience in long term care
