### Qualifications:

- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled nursing care in a supportive nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other medical supervisors.

- Perform essential medical tasks such as:

- Administering prescribed medications.

- Changing bandages and managing wound care.

- Collecting specimens for laboratory testing.

- Monitoring residents’ health and responding to their needs with empathy.
