Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, 32–40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
Assist residents in achieving their goals to improve independence and quality of life.
Implement treatment plans tailored to residents' specific needs.
Document therapy sessions accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to resident care.
Monitor and report residents' progress and any changes in condition to the supervising OT.

Qualifications:

Active certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Pennsylvania.
Proven experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
