What You’ll Do:
Specialty Dental Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of services, including endodontics, periodontics, extractions, and dental implant treatment.
Patient Relationships: Develop long-term, trusting relationships with patients, and educate them on treatment options to improve their oral health.
Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a skilled team of Specialty providers, dental assistants, and hygienists, fostering a collaborative, positive, and efficient environment.
Practice Stats:
Work in a facility with 5 fully equipped operatories with advanced technology (CBCT, three surgical operating microscopes, a digital scanner, and Laser)
Average Monthly Production: $230,000
Average Monthly Collections: $230,000
Qualifications:
Previous experience preferred but open to a strong new resident.
