Eligibility Criteria: Minimum of 1-2 years' experience of Skilled nursing or Long-term Care / Rehab experience, AHA BLS Required

Requirements:



Resume (Minimum 2 years of Skilled nursing facility or LTC or Rehabilitation care experience).

Skills checklist

NURSYS report.

Basic Life Support from AHA.

2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years

Driver's license

Covid Card

Flu shot.

Accepting CA LPN license

What Greenstaff Medical has to offer:



The pay rate is $36.00 an hour (taxable rate) for the initial 8 hours and the overtime rate of $54.00 for the last 4 hours.

Referral bonus of $250 for each successful referral.
