* Eligibility Criteria: Minimum of 1-2 years' experience of *Skilled nursing or Long-term Care / Rehab experience, *AHA BLS Required

*Requirements:*
* Resume (Minimum 2 years of Skilled nursing facility or LTC or Rehabilitation care experience).
* Skills checklist
* NURSYS report.
* Basic Life Support from AHA.
* 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
* Driver's license
* Covid Card
* Flu shot.
* Accepting CA LPN license

*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring adherence to care plans and safety protocols.
* Perform catheterization, tube feeding, and IV insertion as needed.
* Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, documenting findings in EHR systems.
* Assist in basic life support and emergency procedures when required.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patients with developmental disabilities and other complex needs.
* Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality.

*What Greenstaff Medical has to offer:*
* *The pay rate is $36.00 an hour (taxable rate) for the initial 8 hours and the overtime rate of $54.00 for the last 4 hours.*
* Referral bonus of $250 for each successful referral.
