We are seeking a passionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP or PA) to join our client's outpatient community healthcare team. As a FNP / PA, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients. This is an excellent opportunity to serve a diverse patient population in a rural setting. Highlights of the FNP / PA Position:

Tuesday - Friday (4 x 10 schedule)
Hours: 7am - 5pm
Outpatient position

Relocation assistance
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests
Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Manage acute and chronic health conditions
Utilize your advanced communication skills to educate, support, and empower patients and their families to actively participate in the treatment process.

Skills Required for the FNP / PA:

Current FNP or PA certification
Valid and unrestricted state NP or PA license in the state of Maine
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience as a FNP or PA preferably in an outpatient primary care setting
New graduates will be considered!
Strong commitment to patient-centered care, with a focus on fostering a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care standards.
