*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers, particularly children and seniors, to their destinations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to engage positively with passengers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is essential in this role.

*Responsibilities*
* Safely operate a bus or van according to established routes and schedules.
* Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Assist passengers, including children and seniors, as needed during boarding and disembarking.
* Communicate effectively with passengers regarding route information and any changes.
* Educate passengers on safety protocols while on the bus or van.
* Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
* Report any incidents or issues immediately to the appropriate authorities.

*Experience*
* Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred, especially in school bus driving or as a van driver.
* Experience working with children or in childcare settings is highly valued.
* Familiarity with senior care transportation needs is a plus.
* Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse passenger groups.
* A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required for this position.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
